Genband

GENBAND’s implementation of emPulse provides their customers with both ACD reporting functionality and call accounting features. GENBAND’s emPulse for their Application Feature Server is integrated using the GENBAND Web APIs to display real-time event driven information to the end user tenant.

emPulse subscribes to devices on the GENBAND switch and captures event activity in preparation for import into emPulse. These events are then published to the emPulse importer where they are converted into the reporting services format and correlated into complete CDR records.

Additionally, queue information is captured and published by the GENBAND softswitch which allows emPulse to provide real-time information regarding queues and agent presence.

Administrative information related to authentication for end users and tenant administrators is received from the GENBAND Web API. This authentication information will set permissions for the information that individual system
