CTI Group Announces BroadSoft Validation for Call Recording
CTI Group to Showcase SmartRecord IP at BroadSoft’s 5th Annual Connections Executive Users Conference

CTI Group, a developer of innovative VoIP telephony applications, announces that it has achieved validation of its SmartRecord IP® call recording solution on the BroadSoft BroadWorks® service platform. BroadSoft's application software includes mobile PBX, hosted PBX, business trunking for SIP-based and IP trunking. In achieving BroadSoft interoperability validation, CTI Group can provide SmartRecord IP to the BroadSoft customer base as an essential accessory to BroadSoft's VoIP application software.
