Proteus Enterprise collects call data in real-time or on a scheduled basis from multiple switches in different countries, costing calls using multiple carriers and currencies. It scales from small to global sized organizations, reporting across the organization.
Proteus Enterprise P-Series is aimed at the SME (Small to Medium Enterprise) marketplace.
Proteus Trader, for investment banks and trading companies, simultaneously monitors voice activity across trading platforms, PBX systems, private-wires, IP links and PSTN connections while delivering vital real-time statistics.
Proteus Trader D-Series works in small trading rooms with up to 60 turrets.
