Natural Convergence

Natural Convergence’s implementation of emPulse provides their customer with call accounting features. Natural Convergence’s emPulse for their Application Feature Server is integrated using the Natural Convergence Web APIs to display call detail records to the end user tenant.


Call detail records are published by the Natural Convergence switch and received by the emPulse data importer where they are stored and presented by the emPulse reporting server to the end user.

Administrative information related to authentication for end users and tenant administrators is received from the Natural Convergence Web API. This authentication information will set permissions for the information that individual system users can view in emPulse.
