emPulse works with industry leading softswitch application developers to produce the results desired and demanded by the service provider and their business customers. emPulse can gather call detail records, agent information and user authentication from the softswitch in a variety of ways in order to achieve the goal of reporting real-time events, agent presence and historical call traffic reports to each end user.
