Sylantro

Sylantro’s implementation of emPulse  provides their customers with both ACD reporting functionality and call accounting features. Sylantro’s emPulse for the Synergy Multiplay Application Feature Server is integrated using the Synapps Web APIs to display real-time event driven information to the end user tenant.

 
CDR event information is published by the Sylantro Synergy system and received by the Synergy Reporting Solution services importer on the reporting server. Events are converted into the reporting services format and correlated into complete CDR records.

Additionally, queue information is published by the Sylantro Synergy system which allows the Synergy Reporting Solution to provide real time information regarding queues and agent presence.

Administrative information related to authentication for end users and tenant administrators is received from the Sylantro Synapps Web API. This authentication information will set permissions for the information that individual system users can view in the Synergy Reporting Solution system.
