Customers have the option to host our solutions in-house, outsource to a third party, or use our hosting facilities. Production web and database servers along with network equipment are housed in a suite at the co-location facility that provides 24x7 security. 

Even if you host our products yourself you can still access this valuable resource if you have a technical query or need guidance.

Our data processing team ensure data gets processed correctly and accurately. This includes all hosted solutions and some customers who host the solution in-house or via a third party.
