John Birbeck
John Birbeck has served as a chief executive officer of CTI Group since June 2001 and as Chairman of the Board of Directors since July 2005. Mr. Birbeck’s technology focused career includes over 20 years experience of leading high growth companies in the data and telecommunications industries including Timeplex, Case, Tricom and Retix. Mr. Birbeck was a founder and director of Scorpion Logic, which was acquired by Bay Networks. In 1997, Mr. Birbeck founded and served as a director of Network Alchemy Ltd, developing the first, award winning Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) system for the small/medium enterprise (SME) market. Network Alchemy Ltd. was acquired by Lucent and became part of Avaya Communications. From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Birbeck served as a director of Avaya Communications. John Birbeck holds a Joint Honours BS in Geology and Chemistry from the University of Wales.
Harold D. Garrison
Mr. Garrison, has served as a member of the Board of Directors of CTI Group (Holdings), Incorporated, and previously as Chairman of Centillion Data Systems, Incorporated since 1988. He is also serving as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer for HDG Mansur Capital Group, LLC and its affiliated companies, a position he has held since 1982.
Rupert D. Armitage
Mr. Armitage, a citizen of the United Kingdom, has been a director of CTI Group since November 1995. For the last 30 years he has been continuously involved in many telecommunications and software businesses as founder and shareholder, and in Chairman, CEO and consultant positions both in the UK and abroad. He is a founding member of Information from Data Ltd. and Feefo.com.
Thomas W. Grein
Mr. Grein had served as a Director of Centillion Data Systems, Incorporated from October 1999 to February 2001, and is currently Director, Vice president, and Treasurer of Eli Lilly and Company. He had served as Director of Investor Relations from 1994 to 1997, Assistant Treasurer and Executive Director of Investor Relations from 1997 to 1998, and Executive Director of Finance from 1998 to 2000. Mr. Grein is a member of the Board of Directors of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce, Walther Cancer Institute, LYNX Capital Corporation, Park Tudor School Board of Trustees, Fuqua School, Health Sector Advisory Board at Duke University and Indianapolis Symphony Investment Committee.
Bengt A. Dahl
Mr. Dahl, a citizen of Sweden, has over 30 years of extensive experience managing growth in medium-sized companies. Through his company, Juvenis Merchant Partners AB, Mr. Dahl is now representing different international investors in addition to his role as advisor and working Chairman of Fairford Group. Prior to the creation of Juvenis, Mr. Dahl served as President of a Swedish venture capital company for a period of ten years. He currently serves as a director on a number of private and public European companies.
Salah H.Osseiran
Mr. Osseiran, a Lebanese citizen, is the President and CEO of Business Projects Company (BPC), a Lebanese company located in Beirut. BPC owns a bottled water company operating in Lebanon and interests in other business activities in Lebanon which include a department store, a supermarket, an investment and commercial bank, a satellite television station, an FM radio station, a hotel and an electronics manufacturing company, as well as a polystyrene manufacturing company.
