How do customers use Proteus Trader reports and alarms?
Proteus Trader includes more than 50 standard report templates. These templates present
costs, trader specific data (for both fixed and free seating environments), response
times, traffic, and trend analysis. All Proteus Trader reports are provided in Adobe®
PDF, Microsoft® Word®, and Microsoft® Excel® formats. Additionally, the reports can be
auto-scheduled and automatically e-mailed.
Proteus Trader provides a filtering system that allows customers to specify attributes
such as incoming, outgoing, internal or tandem calls; private wires, PINs, cost
centers (account codes), and PBX flags.
Proteus Trader Alarms alert managers of key events by automatically sending an e-mail
to an individual or to a group. Customers typically use alarms to monitor device or
network issues (lack of call activity) or respond to calls made to emergency services
E911 or 999.
