Proteus Trader monitors traffic across remote sites enabling management of all
communications from a central location. Customers use Proteus Trader to identify
unused or low volume private wires, compare actual telephone usage to telephone bills,
and allocate costs throughout the organization.
Proteus Trader operates in both fixed and free-seating environments and interfaces
with all trading systems. Proteus Trader’s Routed Call Analysis ensures calls
initiated by the trader, but routed via the PBX are allocated to the correct cost
center. Proteus Trader reports include trader names and PINs for accurate reporting.
Proteus Trader detects microphone usage with certain trading systems, enabling
productivity management.
