Proteus Reports

Proteus includes a wide range of standard report templates and custom report options. All reports are available in various formats (Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF), Microsoft® Excel®, Comma Separated Values (CSV), Microsoft® Word® and Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML)) and scheduled to be automatically generated and delivered via e-mail.

Customers have a wide range of needs so Proteus provides a wide range of standard report templates. More than 50 templates are available in these categories:

Custom Reports

An advanced filtering system enables customers to design their own reports. The possibilities are practically limitless, but generally involve:

  • Call durations
  • Call costs
  • Ring/answer times
  • Account Codes, Personal Identification Numbers (PIN), or Trader IDs
