CTI Group and Aurix announce partnership for delivery of phonetics based analytics via SmartRecord
Speech analytics technology from Aurix will be embedded into CTI Group’s leading call recording solution SmartRecord to provide advanced functionality and lower costs.

(OTCBB:CTIG), an international provider of electronic invoice processing and management (EIM), enterprise communications management software and services solutions, and carrier class voice over internet protocol (VoIP) management applications, today announced that it has formalized a partnership with Aurix, the speech analytics technology specialists. This partnership will see CTI Group embed Aurix’s market leading phonetic speech search and analytics technology directly into its award winning call recording solution SmartRecord.
The integration of phonetic speech search into SmartRecord will provide a single platform with the advanced functionality to create new opportunities, beyond high end contact centers, for sales and marketing organizations that are seeking quick and cost effective solutions for securing advanced customer interaction intelligence.
